Ingredients:
1 (16oz) package of water-packed firm tofu
1 1/2 C plain or unsweetened soymilk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast flakes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 C vegan cream cheese or sour cream
1 tsp basil
