Rich, nutty, and creamy! This peanut butter ice cream is so easy to make and satisfies with every bite.
Ingredients:
1 - 12 oz silken tofu
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer and let thaw a few minutes before serving.
