These ingredients are fun because you can eat them in different ways. Ingredients:
Rice, cook according to package
Lettuce, shred if stacking
Purple cabbage, shred
Tofu, cubed and fried with garlic powder and soy sauce
Peppers. diced
Cucumbers, diced
Avocado, diced
Instructions:
You can layer these ingredients as a salad, roll these ingredients in the lettuce, or put them in romaine lettuce boats. Drizzle the peanut sauce on top before eating. This is so good!
