Asian Salad (3 Ways)

These ingredients are fun because you can eat them in different ways. If you like to get creative with different kinds of stacks or if you like to  roll them like lettuce wraps, they'll still taste amazing and it will seem like a totally different meal. Let me know what else you can do with these ingredients. Ingredients: Rice, cook according to package Lettuce, shred if stacking Purple cabbage, shred Tofu, cubed and fried with garlic powder and soy sauce Peppers. diced Cucumbers, diced Avocado, diced Peanut sauce   Instructions: You can layer these ingredients as a salad, roll these ingredients in the lettuce, or put them in romaine lettuce boats. Drizzle the peanut sauce on top before eating. This is so good!

Christmas Salad

It might be called Christmas Salad, but it tastes so good all year round! It's fresh, it's festive, and the mix of flavors will make your mouth happy. Ingredients: 5-6 cup salad greens, or any lettuce 1/2 avocado, cubed 1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries 2 tbsp red onion, diced 1/2 cup apple chunks, cubed 1/2 cup candied pecans Instructions: Assemble all ingredients and serve with Maple Dressing .

Ingredients: 1/4 C lemon juice 1/4 C maple syrup 1 1/2 C oil 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp onion powder Instructions: Mix in mason jar and shake well.

Ingredients: 1 cup orange juice 1 cup water 4 cups fresh cranberries  3/4 cup sugar 1 cup dried apricots, chopped  1 cup golden raisins 1 tbsp grated orange zest Instructions: In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix the orange juice, water, cranberries, sugar, apricots, raisins, and orange zest. Stir constantly until sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes, or until cranberries have burst. Remove from heat, and chill at least eight hours, or overnight, before serving.
