Ingredients:
Gluten:
2 C vital wheat gluten flour
2 T all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 T nutritional yeast flakes
2 C water
Broth:
12 C water
1/2 C Braggs
1/3 C nutritional yeast
1T+1 tsp onion powder
1T+1 tsp garlic powder
2T chicken seasoning
2T beef seasoning
Instructions:
Combine all gluten ingredients and mix well. Let's sit for 30 minutes. Shape into a log and slice. Combine all broth ingredients and bring to a boil. Add sliced gluten and allow to cook for 30-40 minutes until it looks done.
